Key Title is a Maryland owned and operated Title Company in the business of conducting real estate and commercial settlements for purchases and refinances.  We have office locations in Harford County, Baltimore County and Cecil County, and of course, we are always willing to travel outside the office to conduct settlements.

Our staff is experienced and hard-working, as well as dedicated to providing customer-friendly attitudes and efficient service to the mortgage and real estate communities.

We differentiate ourselves from other companies by providing prompt personal service, one processor for each transaction (beginning to end), attorney support for transactions when necessary, and a flexible settlement schedule.  Our objective is to create a professional environment for conducting settlements of real estate properties.  We do this by providing ever-increasing excellence in consumer satisfying real estate settlements unequaled in the industry.
